Ulises Rodriguez was born January 12, 1989 to Juanit Rodriguez in Brownsville, Texas He relocated from Brownsville, Texas to Pasadena Texas in 1991, where he graduated from Cesar Chavez High School in 2011. Ulises was a very happy boy and had a wonderful childhood. At a very young age he was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD among other conditions. Despite his diagnosis, Ulises was a very smart boy. He loved going to school everyday. His favorite subject was math and spelling, he liked to spell out the colors, and his favoirte color was blue. Ulises was very active and was hard for him to stay in one place. He had to remain buisy at all times. He loved to help people, and he helped around the house with chores.
