Virginia R. Smith of Houston, Texas passed away June 18, 2020 at the age of 76 .Virginia was born on December 15th 1943 in Cedar Rapids,Iowa. Anyone who was fortunate enough to have met Virginia felt her genuine care, love and generosity. She was a loving mother, grandma, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed life, talking to people, and spending time with her family. Virginia is survived by her son Troy A. Smith and wife Michelle Smith son Travis R. Smith wife Jean Smith and Daughter Traci R. Cordes and husband Ray Cordes and grandkids Cory Smith, Crystal Cordes, Carri Smith, Anna Smith, Cody Cordes and Shannon Phillips. Also 5 great grandkids and many nieces and nephews. Sister-in-law Nancy Randall and brother-in-law, Doug Pearson. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, sister's, brother and great grandson Matthew Cordes.
