

She was born on July 26, 1922 to Marie Reichardt and Herbert V. Gruss and grew up in the Heights. She attended John H. Reagan High School which is where she first met her husband, Gerald Leroy Kasmiroski. He worked in his Dad's cleaning shop and delivered cleaning to their home and there the romance began. After Gerald returned from World War II they were married and were able to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Vivian worked as a Proof Machine Operator at First City National Bank. The Lord blessed them with two sweet little girls, Vicki and Diane.She became a Life Member of Ladies Auxiliary V.F.W. 581
Vivian enjoyed and loved music of all kinds, piano music, country western and especially polka.
She also loved knitting, crocheting, playing games with her family, hearing laughter and telling jokes and stories.
She is preceded in death by parents Marie and Herbert Gruss, husband Gerald Kasmiroski, son-in-laws Jim Clepper and Charles Bilnoski and Grandchild Denise Caskey. She is survived by daughters Vicki Clepper and Diane Bilnoski. Grandchildren Michael Clepper, Laura Charbonneau Howlett, husband Kieran, Patrick Bilnoski, wife Marcy, and Glenn Caskey. Great-grandchildren James Michael Clepper II, Grace Howlett, Sean Howlett, Kaitlynn Caskey and Sadie Caskey. And her sister Madelynn Price (Aunt Baby).
And numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
The family would like to express a heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Village of the Heights, who loved and cared for her the past 5 years.
