Walter Kenneth "Ken" Kurtz II

Ken was a lifelong hunter, fisherman, & motorcycle enthusiast. Family meant everything to him--his wife, his children and his grandchildren were his entire world, and he always put them above anyone else.

Ken was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth "Kenny" Allen Kurtz; parents, Walter Kenneth & Lucile Mae (Green) Kurtz; sister, Dinah Lynn Kurtz; father-in-law & mother-in-law; Sidney & Dolores Cupples; and. brother-in-law, David Cupples.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 49 years, Donna (Cupples) Kurtz; daughter and son-in-law, Amy Kurtz & Brandon Mercado; grandchildren, Kassidy & Christopher Cargile, Kenneth Blake & Taylor Tucker, and Abbey Mercado; as well as great-grandson, Carter Cargile. He is also survived by sister & brother-in-law, Gayle-Ann & Stewart McAdoo; sisters-in law & brothers-in-law, Susan & Matt Niemeyer, Sandra & JB Cain, Diane Cupples; and brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Sid & Starla Cupples. Those who will miss him dearly numerous aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and his beloved dog, Daisy.

Serving as pallbearers are Kenneth Blake Tucker, Christopher Cargile, David Niemeyer, Travis Cain, Nathan Niemeyer, Matthew Niemeyer, Rex Jones, Patrick Niemeyer and Stephen Cupples.
