

William Jerome Busker Jr Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend passed away June 5, 2011 at the age of 81 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome & Julia Mae Busker & sister Loretta Shupak. He is survived by his wife Frances, children; Deborah Jo and husband Jim Finlay, Trey and wife Debbie, Sham and husband Kirk Butterfras, grandchildren; Kerry, Jeremy, Melanie, John, Zachary, and Tyler, great grandchildren; Tate, and Maddie, Brothers; Don and Doug, sisters; Charlene and Jeanette, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was born in Burlington, TX., on January 22, 1930. He was a long time resident of Galena Park, TX. He served in the US Army as a tank commander and retired from Armco Steel after 35 years. He was a devout Catholic and family man. His love of travel took him to many places with family and friends. He never met a stranger, loved to tell stories and had a contagious laugh. His family values and work ethic have been instilled in his loved ones and he will forever be loved and remembered. A visitation will be held on June 7, 2011 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary to begin at 7pm in the Family Chapel at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on June 8, 2011 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 1705 8th Street, Galena Park, TX. 77547 and will begin at 2pm with interment to follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
