Willie Frank Elliott

Willie Frank Elliott, loving 82 year old husband and father, of Houston, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 28, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Betty Lois Elliott; daughters, Dee Dudley, and Tracy Childers and husband Loyd; sons, Frankie Elliott and wife Robin, and Ronald Elliott and wife Lori; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and brother, Leon Elliott and wife Lula Mae. He was an outdoorsman that loved to fish. He never could quite out fish mom, understandably so since he always reserved the best fishing spot for her. He always had projects he worked on in his garage like refinishing furniture and doing honey dues for mom. He could always fix whatever she needed. He enjoyed planting his own garden, numerous pecan and fruit trees over the years, and kept his yard fresh and green. Dad always made sure his family was taken care of. We could always turn to him if we needed help or a place to stay. His desire was to make his children stronger and smarter than he was growing up and he wanted his children to have the opportunities in life that he never had. We will miss him dearly and will keep him close in our hearts forever. Visitation will be held 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday, June 1, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with the Celebration of Life Funeral Service to be at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
