BARBARA ANN MOORE COBB September 30, 1934 – August 13, 2017 Barbara A. Cobb, 82, passed away peacefully at Huntsville Hospital on Sunday evening. Ms. Cobb is preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Parks and Theodore Moore; her loving husband of 58 years, C. W. (Bill) Cobb; and her son, Claude William Cobb, Jr. Left to treasure her precious memory are her two daughters, Beverly C. Lawrence of Toney and Melinda Whitworth (Freddy) of Ardmore, AL; her sister, Gloria Ashmore (Jack) of Killen, TX; 4 Grandchildren, David and Derrick Lawrence of Toney, AL, Stephanie Grimes (Mark) of Brookwood, AL, and Jennifer Nichols (Dave) of Wayne, PA; 4 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and several other relatives and friends. Barbara loved life and family and all things beautiful. Barbara Ann Cobb was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her! You may visit with the family on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Valhalla Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon. There will be a funeral service conducted by Rev. Joey Savell in Valhalla’s Chapel commencing at 12:00 Noon. The entombment will immediately follow in Valhalla Memory Garden’s Chapel of Love Mausoleum.
