Barbara Ann Davis

Born on March 23, 1932, in Meridian, Mississippi to Horace Jordan and Hazel Curtis, she lived a life of warmth and spirit. On October 30,1953 Barbara married her beloved Donald Ray Davis, sharing nearly 72 years of steadfast love and devotion.

Known for her grace, kindness and delightfully ornery streak she was a dedicated homemaker and avid reader. She wove her passion for crochet into treasures for family and friends. She enjoyed playing the piano for her family, where her legacy of love endures in every stitch and song.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents; Horace and Hazel, and her sisters; Dorothy and Sarah. She is survived by her husband; Donald, daughters; Donna Kaukler, her husband William, Cindy Strickler, her husband Alan, her son; Jay Davis and his wife Bonita.

Bobbie's children, alongside her beloved husband Donald, lovingly and tenderly cared for her with the guided support of Hospice of North Alabama, who we want to thank for their excellent care and support.

No services are planned, with cremation to be handled by Valhalla Funeral Home and Memory Gardens 698 Winchester Rd, NE Huntsville, AL 35811.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library or any Alzheimer's Research, causes dear to Barbara.
