Survivors are his wife, Cecelia Tuck Gray; brothers, Ronnie Gray of Gurley, AL, Joe (Linda) Gray of Gurley, AL, James (Sarah) Gray of Grayville, AL, and several nieces and nephews.
A Visitation for Billy will be held Monday, June 10, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. A Funeral Service will occur Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 12:00 PM in Valhalla's Chapel. Interment will immediately follow services at Valhalla Memory Gardens in the Garden of Valor.
