Mr. Ragland passed away on Sunday, February 4. 2018. He was born January 5, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Charles, Sr. and Mary Cortner Ragland. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Ragland is survived by his spouse, Debra Joanne Salts; daughter, Marybeth Ragland Lang (Russell, Sr.); stepdaughter, Michele Dawn Lowery; stepsons, Michael Gene Lowery (Cyndi), Bradley Lamar Caudle; granddaughters, MaryCatherine Lang, Candice Joanne Pike, Adalia Nicole Caudle; grandsons, Russell Lang, Jr., Brett Joseph Lowery, Christopher Allen Pike (April), Damarius Lamar Caudle, Josef Mikel Allen; and great grandson, Ja’Quez DeAnunta Thompson.
