Gerri Jones, age 87, of Hazel Green, Alabama passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022. Gerri was born in Brownsville, Tennessee to Ludy West and W. Emmett West.

Gerri is survived by her daughter Sandra Childers of Gurley; son Rodney Jones of Hazel Green; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Gerri was preceded in death by her husband Paul Jones; sons, Dennis Jones and Stephen Jones; father W. Emmett West and mother Ludy West.

A visitation for Gerri will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM.
