Hazel fought a long hard battle with cancer.
She is survived by Son Butch Summers (Laura), Daughter Gwen Bridwell, sister Doris Moore, Grand-daughter Natasha Ayers (Richard), and two Great Grandchildren Nick Ayers and Allison Ayers.
Hazel was preceded in death by husband of 65 years Irvin Summers and grandson Josh Morris.
Graveside service for both Friends and Family will be Saturday September 3rd at 10:00am at Valhalla Memory Gardens with David Blevins officiating.
