AL. Howard retired from the U.S. Army. Howard was the beloved husband of Laima Moore. He was preceded in death by his son, Ike Moore. Howard is survived by his daughter, Sandra Moore; and grandchildren, Angela, Rachel, Nicholas, and Zachary.

Howard loved golf and woodworking. Services will be Private. Arrangements are in the care of Valhalla Funeral Home.
