Jean’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family. She is survived by daughter, Patricia Lee (Alan), two grandchildren, Matthew Lee and Megan Lee Brunner (Joseph), four great-grandchildren, Jackson Lee, Emerson Lee, Cara Lee Brunner, and Andrew Brunner, as well as her beloved sister, Shirley Maples Bentley, and sister-in-law, Ruth Brooks Mitchell, as well as many nieces and nephews. Jean was preceded in death by husband, Roy Lee Brooks.
Jean enjoyed spending time with her family and adored watching her four great-grandchildren grow. Throughout the years, her hobbies included sewing, gardening, golf and traveling with Roy.
A visitation for Jean will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, Alabama 35811, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM.
