Yong Cha Nelson

She loved to go fishing on the beach and cooking for family and friends.

Yong is survived by her husband of 48 years, Anthony D Nelson; daughter Melinda Brewer (Zackary); brothers Woon Song and Kee Song; granddaughter Alyvia Cornelison and grandson Jakob Brewer,; and a host of extended family.

Yong was preceded in death by her father Sa Song and mother Son Song.

A visitation for Yong will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home & Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
