Our dear son, brother, uncle, and friend, David Alan Savka age 57, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Thursday October 21, 2021. David was born on January 14, 1964 to Louis and Phyllis (Bishop) Savka. He graduated from Bishop Chatard High School in 1982 and studied at Indiana University – Purdue University in Indianapolis. Most recently he was employed as a medical editor at Syneos Health.
David is survived by his loving parents Louis and Phyllis Savka, sisters, Nancy Nichols (Terry), Jane Heuring (Dave), brothers, Dan Savka (Barb), Louis Savka Jr. (Melissa), and Stuart Savka (Amy), as well as thirteen nieces and nephews and nineteen great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until the time of service to be held at 2:00 p.m. at Leppert Nora Chapel, 740 East 86th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the Humane Society of Indianapolis or the Damien Center.
