Evelyn "Ruth" Spiegel

Evelyn "Ruth" (McKenzie) Spiegel passed away at the age of 93 on December 25, 2020. She was born on October 16, 1927 in Charlestown, Massachusetts to Susannah (Ramsbottom) and Ernest McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Spiegel and her parents, Ernest & Susannah McKenzie. She was also preceded in death by her son, Mark Spiegel, brothers Russ McKenzie & Ernest McKenzie and son-in-law, Roger Chamberlain. She leaves behind her daughters; Sheryl (Spiegel) Chamberlain of Fishers and Karen (Spiegel) Romano & husband Frank of Lebanon, sons; Gary Spiegel of Fishers and Keith Spiegel & wife Teresa (Jacobs) of Bloomington. She has also left behind grandchildren; Brian Romano & wife Jennifer (Martin), Ashley (Chamberlain) & husband Sean Kovatch, and Hannah Spiegel. Along with great-grandchildren; Madison & Isaiah Romano, Cooper Hudson, and Sophie Kovatch. She was a member of St. Peters United Church of Christ for several years. Due to Covid, there will be a private funeral service for the immediate family.
