Joseph Foley passed away peacefully in Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday morning, July 11, 2025, at the age of 97. Known as Foley to his friends and family, he was the last surviving son of William Earl O’Daniel and Gertrude Louise (Behrick) O’Daniel. He saw the passing of his brother, William Jacob (Bill) O’Daniel, his sisters Rita Louise Combs, Alice Theresa (Terry) Blackwood and Mary Kathryn (Kay) Wilson, as well as his friend and life partner, Warren Lee Luckett. He is survived by two nieces and five nephews. Funeral arrangements have been made with Leppert Mortuary & Crematory Services in Carmel, Indiana.
