John Paul Pferrer

John Paul Pferrer, 91, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. John was born on July 27, 1930 in Medora, Indiana to John P. Pferrer and Amy Boling Pferrer. He attended Medora Grade School, Memorial High School in Evansville, and Butler University in Indianapolis. He enjoyed going to Florida in the winter months, staying up to ten weeks at a time. He was a member of the Dow Chemical Retirement Club where he attended monthly luncheons. John is survived by his two sons; Drew (Margie) Pferrer and Eric (Jennifer) Pferrer, four grandsons; Ryan Pferrer, Garrett Pferrer, Cameron Pferrer, and Zachary Pferrer. In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his wife; Nannette Pferrer. He will be cremated with a memorial visitation on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Matthew Catholic Church, 4100 E 56th St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
