Lisa Ann (Fleek) Meador, age 57, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Lisa was born February 4, 1965 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was predeceased by her parents, David Neil Fleek, Jr. and Patricia Bartling Fleek. She is survived by husband Thomas L. Meador, son Justin Meador, son Thomas Meador, sister Pamela (James) Morgan of Greenwood, South Carolina, brother David (Nobuko) Fleek of Huntington Beach, California, and sister Julia (Cory) Lupinacci of Wixom, Michigan. A visitation for Lisa will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Leppert Mortuary – Nora, 740 East 86th St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Lisa was a Purdue University graduate who worked for RCI in Indianapolis for several years before she had her two sons, Justin and Thomas Meador. She devoted her time to helping others in many ways including volunteering at her sons’ schools, The Dayspring Center, where she helped provide food for the less fortunate, and assisted with bible school and other groups at Epworth Methodist Church. Lisa loved working with kids and was a part-time preschool teacher at First Baptist Church in Indianapolis. In her free time, Lisa always loved to go out with her family and take boat rides on The White River to relax and enjoy the day. One of Lisa’s favorite places to go was Wolf Lake in Baldwin, Michigan, where her family and friends would go yearly. Lisa has always loved being around others and having a good laugh. She enjoyed watching the Colts games every Sunday with her family cheering for Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck to lead the team to a Super Bowl. She had so much love for her dogs throughout the years including her Chow-Chow Charmin and West Highland White Terrier Caesar. There was nothing more important to her than her family and friends, whom she was always the happiest with.
