Mary R. Geo-Jaja

MARY ROSELLA GEO-JAJA ,93, of Lebanon, KY, passed away on Thursday, Sep. 24, 2020 in Indianapolis, IN. ROSELLA was born Marion County, KY to Roy David and Cecil Frances Hill on Dec. 25, 1926. She went to school at Lebanon, KY. She married MacLeans Geo-Jaja. She graduated from Kentucky State University, Boston University and McGill University. She worked as a teacher for schools in the United States and Nigeria for 50+ years. She was a veteran of war and served in the military. She was involved in the Buncombe County Teacher's Association, the World Council of Churches in Le-Puy, and the Altar Guild of the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Indianapolis. She received a B.A. and a M.A. with Honors. ROSELLA is preceded in death by MacLeans Geo-Jaja. ROSELLA is survived by her children, grandchildren, a sister, nieces, great¬nieces, great-nephews, cousins, a brother-in-law, daughters-in-law and many distant relatives.
