Patricia Rose Grady

Patricia Rose Deardorf was welcomed into heaven on May 22, 2025. (Pat, Patty) was born in Clinton, Iowa on November 2, 1931 to Eugene and Rose Deardorf. The family resettled to Indianapolis soon after.

On November 4, 1950 she married Thomas Francis Grady of Indianapolis and together they had six children: Deborah Louise; Thomas Michael; Francis Stephen; Maureen Ann; Michael Patrick; and Sheila Marie.

Pat was an avid golfer and bridge player. Though she gave up golf she continued to play bridge into her 90’s. Pat loved a good joke, enjoyed an occasional Maker’s Mark, and doted on her grandchildren: Ryan (deceased); Breanne; Megan; Erin; Greg; Morgan (deceased); Mike; JP; Cody; and Cameron - her great grandchildren: Hayden; Rayden; Weston; and Estela - and her great great grand child: Archie. She also leaves behind her cherished pup: CocoPop.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Tom; her sister, Mary (JC); her brother, John (Marilyn); sister in law, Mary (Tug); brother in law Patrick Mary); son in law, Alan; grandson, Ryan; and granddaughter, Morgan.
