Very sad to hear that Lance passed away.  I have fond memories of watching hockey and baseball  at Sonny's with Lance and the rest of the family.

Lance was a wonderful guy and a good friend who was so dedicated to family and friends and was always so kind and willing to lend a hand. He is going to be very missed and my heart goes out to his family who are so close… I am going to miss him and want to send my biggest heart felt sympathies to you his family. He was very loved.

Lance is survived by his parents, mother of his children, Ann Estelle Yipp, his children, Nya Kennedy (Donald), Hailey Young (Blaise), Coady Yipp (Mora) and step-daughter, Colyn MacLellan (Chisholm) and family, his precious grandchildren, Vada, Reid, Carter, Freddy, Lennox, and Scarlett, sister, Pam Hartford (John), brothers, Warren Yipp, Jon Yipp and George Yipp who was also his best friend and sidekick, and remained by his side every day for the last few months, stepbrother, Michael Wall, and godson, John Hartford. Lance is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friend, Eddie Benner.
Lance was predeceased by his stepmother, Marie Yipp, stepbrother, Booker Wall, grandparents, aunts and uncles.
