Lydia Ann "Leeann" MacKinnon

Leeann will be dearly missed by her long-time partner, Frank MacFarlane; her children, Maynard (Monika) and their children, Mara and John Marek; Kenzie (Adam Smith) and Riley. She will lovingly be remembered by her devoted parents, John and Edith MacLellan; brother, John Kyle; as well as many other family members and friends.

Leeann was predeceased by her husband, John Lauchie MacKinnon; maternal grandparents, Hector and Dorothey MacDonnell.

Leeann loved going to the beach, taking back road tours, cars, and snowmobiling. She worked at various restaurants in Inverness. She was a great cook and was always coming up with new recipe ideas. She particularly enjoyed cooking for the children when she worked at the school cafeteria. Leeann rarely missed an opportunity to attend sporting events where she avidly cheered for the home team.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private visitation and funeral will take place.
