Edith Nell Goetze

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Iowa Park Church of Christ with Mr. Bill Lockwood and Mr. Joe Dale Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.

Edith was born September 4, 1923 in Fargo, Texas to Riley Leroy and Myrtle Adams. She and Oscar Goetze were married December 24, 1953 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Iowa Park Church of Christ.

Her parents, husband and brothers, Virgle, Leroy and Jack, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Larry Goetze and wife, Lyndal of Clarendon, Texas, Jim Goetze and wife, Margaret of Laredo, Texas, Tim Goetze and partner, Leslie Riddell of Burleson, Texas; sister-in-law, Margaret Klinkerman of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, Paul Kelby Goetze and Katy Daniell Replogle and was blessed with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel.
