Martha Jean Russell

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Lakeview Church of God with Pastor Ted Gray and Rev. Clifton McFadden of Word of Grace Church officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home.

Martha was born April 17, 1936 in Idabel, Oklahoma to William and Susan Ollie Wilkerson Jensen. She married Norman Arthur Russell on November 16, 1974 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She worked in retail sales for Dillard’s, Sears and Wal-Mart before her retirement. She was a member of Lakeview Church of God.

Her parents and husband preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Kendra Langford and husband, Darrin of Iowa Park, Penny Banks of Mena, Arkansas, Larry Banks of McKinney, Texas and Bill Banks and wife, Bonnie of McKinney, Texas; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Wichita Falls, P.O. Box 4804, Wichita Falls, Texas 76308.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Dutton Funeral Home Chapel.
