Allison Kathleen Bickley

Allison Kathleen Bickley was born in Irmo, SC to Charlie Bickley and Mary Coleman Bickley. She was fondly known to all that loved her as”Ally Cat”.

In the early morning hours of Friday July 17 she bid farewell to her family and friends.

Allison received her education from Irmo High School graduating in 1991. She continued her education and received her Bachelor’s of English literature and Education in 1995. She went on to receive her masters in English literature and Education in 2001.

She was employed with South Carolina Student Loan from 1993 until 2007 when her health declined.

She accepted Christ at an early age at Pleasant Springs AME Church. There she worked diligently with the hospitality committee. She will be missed for her loving kindness, compassion, wonderful laughter, and terrific sense of humor.

She is preceded in death by her parent and leaves to cherish her memories, a sister Cynthia Bickley (Columbia, SC), a brother Jamil Bickley (Batesburg, SC); two nieces: Shelby and Megan Bowers (Columbia, SC); four Aunts: Mae Ola Bickley, Willie Lee Harden, Dorothy Bickley, Joann Lamb and George Bickley (Francis); two great nephews, Carsen, and Chandler Keitt; one great niece Alliyah Keitt; and a host of cousins and friends.
