Cynthia Anne Bullock

Cindy was a 1972 graduate of McGraw Central School and a proud member of McGraw United Methodist Church. She lived a life marked by faith, family, and compassion for others.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Carl Bullock, with whom she shared many wonderful years of marriage, love, and partnership.

Cindy’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a devoted mother to Millisa Walters (Troy), Joline Harlow (Trevor), Angela Bullock, Crystal Bullock, and stepson Carl Bullock Jr. Her grandchildren—Evan Walters, Andrew Walters, Teagan Harlow, and Dean Deskiewicz—were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment with them.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Myron and Beverly Batsford, and one of a large and loving family. Cindy is survived by her siblings: Ron (Linda) Batsford of Jordan, NY; Patricia Batsford of Preble, NY; Michael Batsford of Cortland, NY; Renee (Jerry) Lobdell of McGraw, NY; and Charles Batsford of McGraw, NY. She was also blessed to have a caring sister-in-law, Linda Batsford of Virgil, NY. She was predeceased by her brothers Edgar, Gerald, and Keith.

Cindy will be remembered for her unwavering love, her kindness, and the deep bonds she built with family and friends. Her life was a gift, and her memory will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Cindy's Life for Family will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel in the Tribute Room. A formal service will be held at a later day at McGraw UMC in McGraw, New York.
