A Funeral Service for Darlene Delia Patterson Knox, 62, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2016 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo. The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 3:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
Darlene passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Born in Millersburg, OH, she was the daughter of the late Otis Albert Patterson and Mary Irene McConahy Patterson. She was the wife of the late Paul L. Knox. Darlene was a graduate of New Wilmington High School, PA and attended New Castle Business College. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bridgett Marie Knox and her son, Phillip James Knox. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Willard C. McConahy.
Darlene is survived by her nieces, Amy McConahy-Crothers (Gary); Holly McConahy, Joyce Morrison; nephew, Willard C. McConahy, Jr. (Stacy); sister-in-law, Linda L. McConahy; great-nephews, Zachary McConahy, Carson McConahy, Ryan Morrison and Michael Morrison. She is also survived by numerous extended family.
