

Cille was born September 19, 1926, in Columbia, S.C., to the late W.L. Inabinet, Sr. and Thelma Wooten Inabinet. She was a graduate of Belmont College of Nursing in Nashville, Tenn., where she was chosen to be Miss Student Nurse of Tennessee, in 1959. “Cille” also graduated from Loretta Heights University in Denver, Colo. After completing her education, “Cille” pursued her career in Patient Care, Hospital Nursing Administration, Instructor of Psychiatric Nursing, at the William Hall Institute, in Columbia, S.C. She was also a Social Security Adjudicator, Vocational Rehabilitation/Disability Counselor and ended her long and diverse career, with Providence Hospital, in their “Ask a Nurse” Community Health Program, at the age of 70.
In addition to her parents, “Cille” was predeceased by her two husbands, Frederick Henry Plott, Jr. and John Rankin Dempster; daughter, Rebecca “Becky” Loadholt; son-in-law, Kenneth W. Walters; brother, William L. Inabinet, Jr.; niece Cheryl Ann Caulder; and nephews, Chad Jeffers, Mike Caulder and Scott Inabinet.
Survivors include: sister-in-law, Faye Costner Inabinet; brother, Robert Lee Inabinet (Glenda); sisters, Ann Taylor (Hilton), and Betty Lynn Jeffers; daughters, Frances Gail Walters and Pam Jones (Coy); grandchildren, Troy Loadholt (Stephanie), Christian Walters (Laura), Blake Walters, Kathryn Walters, and Adam Brewer (Austin); great-grandchildren, Lauren Loadholt, Elliott and Hampton Walters, Olivia Grace and Teddy Walters; nephews and niece, Terry Caulder, Ronnie Inabinet, Chuck Inabinet, Rob Inabinet, Vic Jeffers, Todd Jeffers, and Laura I. Mims (Lonnie); along with many great nieces and nephews.
A service of burial and commitment will be held for the family at the graveside, Tuesday, July 6, at 3:00 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery, 501 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, S.C. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, 7600 Woodrow Street, in Irmo, S.C. There will be a buffet/reception of guests, immediately following the service, at the funeral home.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff of Lexington Extended Medical Care, Ivy Road Hall for their loving and attentive care to “Cille” and to us, as her family, was so appreciated by family members.
Also, a sincere and heartfelt Thank You, to Pastor John Hamilton of New Life Baptist Church, 2825 Ashland Road, Columbia, S.C., who offered daily visits of encouragement, prayer, and faith comforts, for “Cille” and her family, during her long hospital stay and last days at Lexington Extended Medical Care. We were so encouraged and comforted by your care for her.
