Brian Lee Teall

Brian Teall, beloved husband, father, grandpa, great grandpa, son, uncle, cousin and friend passed away on September 17th, 2023 at the age of 71. He was born on November 13th, 1951 to Curtis and Beverly Teall in Ionia, Michigan. Brian’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Brian was married to his loving wife Penny, in 1980. Together, they shared a beautiful journey of togetherness, overcoming life’s challenges and human mistakes. Penny was Brian’s rock, his partner through thick and thin. Brian and Penny were blessed with four children: Sherry, Jean, David and Terra. Each child brought joy into their lives and Brian treasured every moment he spent with his family. Brian’s joy extended beyond his immediate family, as he was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Brian served in the Marines (1969-1974). This experience shaped him into the resilient and brave man he became, instilling in him a strong sense of duty and discipline that he carried throughout his life. On September 17th, 2023 Brian succumbed to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a battle he fought for years. His passing leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, sarcasm, and perseverance. Brian’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him personally. In honor of Brian’s life, a memorial service will be held to celebrate his journey. Family, friends and all those whose lives were touched by Brian are invited to commemorate his life and legacy. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever be cherished. He can rest with his son now.
