Of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly on February 22, 2017 at the age of 30. Britt was born on December 14, 1986 in Grants Pass, Oregon to Joseph Blair and Tina Treitler. She married the love of her life Jonathan Hammond, on July 7, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas. She worked at Denny’s Restaurant as a waitress, which she enjoyed very much. Britt was a student at Jackson College studying Business. She is survived by her husband, Jon Hammond; daughter, Sahvanna Hammond; parents, Tina Treitler and Joseph Blair; siblings, Steve (Megan) Blair, Quinton Blair, Shayla Blair, and Tara Beebe; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cremation has been selected. A celebration of Brittany’s life will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 8:30am until 5:00pm at Gene Davis & Sons Banquet Center (3575 Francis Street). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made at any Huntington National Bank c/o Jon Hammond.
