Of Jackson, MI passed away unexpectedly at the age of 63. Donnie was born on June 2, 1953 to Wesley and Anne Balyeat in Detroit, MI. He worked for the Jackson Harness Raceway and retired from Aunt Millie’s Bakery. He enjoyed golfing, shooting pool, riding his motorcycle, NASCAR, Detroit Tigers and U of M. Donnie is survived by his children, Frank (Michelle), Deanna, Brian (Chelsea), siblings, Pat (Dale), Ronnie (Cindy), Wesley Jr.,(Cindy), Lou Ann Halle, and special friend, Sue Balyeat, several grandchildren, aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of Donnie’s life will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 6:00pm at the funeral home with visitation from 4:00pm until time of service cremation to follow service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family for final expenses.
