Of Jackson, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 at the age of 54, while at her home, with her loving family at her side. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Juan I. Zamora; three children, Juan I. (Jennifer) Zamora II, Elizabeth A. (Kenneth) Manzer and Juan I. Zamora III; seven grandchildren, Selena M. Mix, John P. Zamora, Jesslyn R.E. Petty, Jxavier J. Petty, Ignacio K. Petty, Ayden B. Zamora and Xander T.K. Manzer. She was preceded in death by a son, Jorge Zamora; granddaughter, Kiara Zamora as well as her parents, Donald and Mary Parks. Judy resided in Jackson for 35 years, where she was devoted to her family and was a proud homemaker. She volunteered as a teacher’s aide at Allen School for many years and then was employed at K-Mart for fifteen years. She touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening for visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Prayers will take place at the funeral home on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a committal service at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
