Of North Platte, NE passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 75. Lily was born in Hardy, AR on May 3, 1947, to parents George and Lily Shirley. Lily was a member of the Baptist and Nazarene churches. She loved arts and crafts and baking. Lily is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Dain; grandchildren, Shawn Porter, Jimmie Porter, and Crystal Dain; mother, Lily Dain; siblings, Dan Shirley and Terry Shirley; and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glen F. Dain, sons, Glen A. Dain and Robert Dain, father, George Shirley, and brother, George Shirley. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Oak Chapel, Jackson, MI with visitation from 12:00 PM until time of service, with her daughter, Evelyn Dain officiating.
