Marcy Ann Parker

Of Grass Lake, MI passed away on January 7, 2013 at the age of 64. Marcy was born to Harold and Arlene on December 21, 1948 in Jackson Michigan. She married Sidney John Parker III on July 6, 1968 in Jackson Michigan. Marcy worked for Allegiance Health in food service department for 10 years and previously worked for Dawson Foods as a secretary for 15 years. The world lost a kind, generous, and devoted woman and she will be missed by all. Marcy was a beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed living on the lake, bird watching, was an avid reader and an animal lover. She also took great care of her mother for the past five years after her father passed away. She is survived by her mother; Arlene Lantis, sons; Patrick (Sarah) Parker, Brian (Julene) Parker, grandchildren Travis, Kailyn, Whitney, Lyle, Gavin, Kennedy and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her father; Harold Lantis (2007), husband; Sidney Parker III (1999), brother; Mark Lantis (2006). Per her wishes cremation has been chosen and a memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 4-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Cascades Humane Society.
