Of Jackson, MI passed on Friday, January 26, 2024, at age of 99. Predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Robert Kerr Berry. She is survived by two sons, Jim of Phoenix, AZ and Rick of Jackson, MI and a daughter Peggy (Jon) Dowling of Jackson, MI. Three grandchildren Jon (Kalena) Dowling, Mindy (Brad) Mitchell and Andrea (Kyle) Ward. Seven great grandchildren Matthew Dowling, Ann Dowling, Parker Mitchell, Dylan Mitchell, Hunter Ward, Domonic Ward, Archer Ward, four nieces and one nephew. According to her wishes and prearrangement she requested “willed body donation” to the U of M Medical School for anatomical study. Born and grew up in Bay City, MI, attended U of M and was a Navy WAVE during WW II. After moving to Jackson, MI, she was active at the Ella Sharp Museum and was a realtor at McConkey RE for 30 years. Also, a member of P.E.O. Chapter BV. Memorial contributions may be made to P.E.O./BV or to U of M Medical School. There will be no visitation nor services.
