of Jackson, MI passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024 at the age of 91. Phillip was born on March 8, 1933 to parents Frank and Dorothy Giordan. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Marvlyn (Harold) and one daughter Wendy. Phillip is survived by his son Brian (Sheri); granddaughters Jennifer (Tom), Jessica (Noah), Jill (Nick) and grandson Justin; nine great grandchildren Tyler, Carley, Kayden, Drew, Jaxon, Monroe, Nora, Melanie and Alaina as well as many friends and family members. Phillip graduated from Jackson High School in 1953 and served in the US Army from 1953 to 1955. He was stationed in Germany. He was employed at Melling Tool Company for 32 years before he retired. He enjoyed walking at the Jackson Crossing and talking to his friends and family. He had a strong faith in the Lord and was a devoted Christian. Phillip was a member of Loomis Park Baptist Church for 77 years where a service will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 12:00 PM family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until time of service. He will be laid to rest Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Hillcrest Memorial Park at 1:00 PM.
