She married Arthur H. Schultz on February 17, 1952. Arthur retired from the U.S. Army as Lt. Colonel and at CACI, after having been in Logistics Management. Barbara had a passion for gardening, books and her family.
She is survived by her children, Debra Schultz, Todd Schultz, David Schultz, Mark Schultz, Ann Schultz, and Rex Schultz; grandchildren, Teri, April, Hope, Chloe, Nathan, Alexandra and Rachel, great-grandchild, Ridge; and brothers, Arthur Schultz and Daniel Schultz.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens, 1701 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
