He was born in Key West, Florida on March 11, 1966.
David graduated from Fletcher High School (1984) and received his Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering and Electrical/Electronics Maintenance Repair Technology from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
David had a career in Electronics and Repair and Held managerial positions throughout his career fulfilling contracts with the Navy for numerous companies, including Fidelity Technologies Corporation; Bowhead Systems Management; Lockheed Martin Global Training and Logistics; COMS Site Manager; ADT Global Services; Worldwide Technical Services; Ford Aerospace/Loral Aerospace. David also served as a Driver/Dispatcher with Cypress Truck Lines, Inc.
He loved fishing, attending concerts and hockey games with a best friend, and relaxing at home.
He is survived by his father George Edgar Bullard (Angela) residing in Tallahassee, and his mother Ellen June Whitbread (Frederick) from Atlantic Beach; his brother George "Kevin" Bullard (Kelly), Jacksonville; his sister Amy Marie Merrill (Grant) Davenport; nieces Lorenza Addis (Kris) and McKenzie Bullard; and nephew Grant "Trey" Merrill III.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, October 2, at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 2140 St. Johns Bluff Road South, Jacksonville, 32246 (904-745-7880)
