Deborah D. Carter, 50, passed away unexpectedly May 6, 2010. She was a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville and Founder of Avalon of Deerwood Salon. Survivors include her parents, Jack Durbec & Verna Schmick; son, Mike Coleman; daughter, Tara Jones (husband, Dion); grandson, Dion Jones III; sisters, Theresa Hayes (husband, Ronnie) and Jackie Banks, (husband, Mike) and many other family and close friends. A celebration of her life will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, May 12th, in the chapel of HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jax Bch.
