She is survived by her husband and soulmate, Dickie Thomas; her beloved and treasured children, Joshua Thomas and Kimberly Thomas; her grandchildren, Rebecca Thomas (like a daughter to her) and Joshua Thomas Jr.; daughter-In-law, Angela Thomas; sisters, Glenda Nelson and Margaret McCullough; brothers, Bo Blackwell and Danny Blackwell; sister-in-law (more like a sister), Vickie Torrent and numerous other family members.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 06, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the West Jacksonville Advent Christian Church, 8376 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32221.
Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Lee-Kirkland Cemetery, 230 Penman Road. Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
