He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jim, Dewayne, and Larry. He is survived by his wife, Laura; sons, Chris (Holly), Jason, and Bradley; 5 grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews; 13 great-nieces and great-nephews; brother, Robert Sunny (Linda); sisters-in-law, Sherry Harris and Teresa Smith (Tony); brother-in-law, Walter Browning (Jewel).

Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach. Committal Service with military honors rendered by the U.S. Army at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd., Jacksonville.
