After high school, Ethel married J.D. Raulerson; he predeceased her. Together they raised their four children. Ethel's fondest childhood memories are of the fun she had with her cousins on the family farm. As a young woman, she aspired to start a family of her own.
Family was very important to Ethel. Seeing her children and grandchildren get married and have children made her smile. Cooking meals and hanging out with her family were two of the things she enjoyed most. Family reunions were important events in the life of her family. Ethel also enjoyed the time she was able to spend tending to her rose garden.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Norma Kling (Rick); sons, Bobby Raulerson (Faye), Billy Raulerson, Ronnie Raulerson (Kelly); 3 grandchildren who seemed like her kids, Laura Wriedt (Ben), Shannon Fornes (Lou), Jennifer Kling Picard (Aaron) and amazing great-grandchildren, Olivia Picard and Carlie Wriedt and Billy Raulerson Jr., Robert Raulerson, Jennifer Howard, Kayla Raulerson, Kaitlyn Raulerson, John Raulerson (Amel); great-great-grandchildren, Haley Raulerson, Maya Raulerson brother, Freddy Sweat; nephew Greg Sweat (Judy Anderson); niece, Cheryl Sweat; special cousin, numerous other cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her great-grandson, Hayden Raulerson and nephew, Gary Sweat.
