Kelly is survived by her mother, Aleen Breedlove, step-father Charles “Chuck” Breedlove, sisters Kathleen Miller (Tom) and Kimberly Henderson (Darren), nieces and nephews Ashley and Michael Miller and Gage and Emily Henderson, step-brothers Tony Breedlove (Cheryl) (his children Jessica Keller (Josh) and Jeremy Breedlove) and Mark Breedlove (Torie) (his children Dillon & Drew), step-sister Anita Breedlove, her loyal friends and beloved cats. She was predeceased by her father, Donald Fraser Jr. Kelly was a beloved daughter and we will miss her.
A celebration of Kelly’s life will be held at Community Presbyterian Church, 150 Sherry Dr. Atlantic Beach on 1pm, Saturday, August 3.
