Nada May (Seabright) Heyl, 95, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away 8/24/18. She was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on 5/1/23. Nada graduated from Warwood High School as class valedictorian and went on to receive a bachelor of arts degree in English from West Virginia University. She married Robert Allen Heyl in June 1944. After their divorce in the early 1980s, Nada moved to Fort Myers, Florida. When she lived in Wheeling, she was a volunteer for the Ohio Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross for more than 30 years. She was a member of Alpha Xi Delta, Junior League of Wheeling and Lawrencefield Parish Church. Nada had a passion for quilting, calligraphy, sewing, painting, crafting, crocheting and knitting. She is survived by: 2 daughters, Laura Bailey and Julie Spelman, both of Jacksonville, Florida; 2 granddaughters, Jessica Wolk, of Seattle, Washington, Meghan Vickers, Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Nada is predeceased by her brothers, Dr. Howard L. Seabright and John L. Seabright
A private memorial will be held. Inurnment at Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, West Virginia.
