

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 26, 1959 to Veronica and Albert Michini.
She is survived by her childhood sweetheart and loving husband of 33 years John D. Pramuka, her daughter Julianna Rae Pramuka, her son Camber D Pramuka and her dog Zena. She was predeceased by a son, Braydon John Pramuka (4/30/1998 – 9/29/1999).Tammy graduated from Brien McMahon High School in 1977, received her BA the University of Connecticut in 1981, her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University while working for Bell Communications Research and subsequently worked for American Transtech in Jacksonville Florida. Special thanks are given to her best friend and caregiver Michelle Stacy Mackany.
Her greatest passions were music, dance, the beach, but first and foremost her children. Tammy was a charter season ticket holder for the Jacksonville Jaguars and loved the game day excitement and meeting friends at the tailgate. Tammy was very active with the Saint Paul’s PTA and carnival, Shands Children’s Hospital, the Children’s Miracle Network and enthusiastically supported her children’s interest in dance, gymnastics and team sports.
Tammy asks that you remember her by signing up to be an organ donor and that you give to the Alzheimer’s Association or your favorite charity.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 12 noon at Saint Paul’s Catholic Church, 435 1st Avenue North, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, (904) 249-2600 with a reception to follow.
