Them Pham Rutter

Them Pham Rutter, 80, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away March 01, 2023. She was born in Hoang Xa Village, Hung Ye Province, Vietnam on March 04, 1942. She was married to Keith Nicholas Rutter, Jr. on April 21, 1967.

Them Rutter was a retired housewife and homemaker who took great pride in raising her (4) children to be college graduates with successful careers. She was a devout Catholic and attended both Assumption Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Florida and St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

She had a passion for music, gardening, and cooking. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends as an expression of her love.

She was survived by her husband, Keith Nicholas Rutter, Jr.; her daughter, Xuan Rutter Breaux (Jeffrey Breaux); her son, Chung Rutter (Karen Henry Rutter); her daughter, Charlotte Rutter Prom (Conrad Ashby); and her son, Thomas Rutter. Her grandchildren include Ryan Breaux, Jordan Cavatto-Rutter (Vincent Cavatto-Rutter), and James Rutter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am EST; March 16, 2023; at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

The committal service will be held Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 2:00pm

Jacksonville National Cemetery Lane # 1, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.

A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to Community Hospice and/or The American Cancer Society.
