Wayne G. Hedden, 64, passed away May 27, 2012 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born July 2, 1947 in Milford, Delaware. Wayne proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion. He worked as a service marine manager at Boat Tree Marina. Wayne was a man of few words, but those words always had meaning. He will always be remembered as a great family man who loved his wife and children. Wayne is survived by his wife of 13 years, Joyce; children Kurt (Kristen) Hedden of Ramsey, NJ, Nicole Hedden of Toms River, NJ, Christopher Hedden of New York, NY and Jessica Hedden of Jacksonville, FL and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 3-7pm Wednesday May 30 at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1701 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville Beach.
