Alberta passed peacefully on February 8, 2025 with her husband and family by her side. Alberta was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
She was a member of East Pointe Church and loved all her church family.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Lori Sorrell and Great Granddaughter Isabella Garcia. She is survived by her loving husband Johnnie Hines and her brother Stan Benton. Her children: Cheryl Garcia (Robert), Johnnie Hines Jr, Kimberly Sherrill (James). Her Grandchildren: Robert Garcia Jr. (Trish), Ryan Garcia, Katie Beville (David), Joey Sorrell, Jensen Birkholz (Jimmy), Kendall Montgomery (Tyler), Matthew Sorrell and Great Grandchildren: Sarah Andrew (Jeff) Talen Beville, Emma Beville, Haley Beville, Mackenzie & Madison Garcia, Emmitt & Deacon Birkholz, Hadley and Gracie. Along with many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Alberta will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM, Service at 11:00 at East Pointe Church, 270 Kernan Blvd North, Jacksonville, FL. A burial will occur Friday, February 14, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL.
